[rt-users] suid-perl (was: Using postfix with RT)

Looks like that the suid-perl was the problem. I haven't configured perl
with support for setgid perl scripts yet. How do I do that? I have searched
in the CPAN documentation and done some searches on the web, but I can't
find how to reconfigure perl (5.6.1). If anyone can provide a pointer to a
manpage or something that helps me with it, it would really help.

Also; until now I changed the rights on config.pm and now when I send a mail
to the system I get the following response:

respond aliases require a TicketId to work on

The body of the message.

What am I doing wrong here? I feel like a complete donkey here; I am usually
able to figure these things out, but this was no walk in the park.

Thanks,
Andreas
