[rt-users] Generating Reports on RT queues

 A wonderful question for 'senior' RT users:
 
 This must have been a dream I had or maybe a rumor but could it be that
 one of you can generate weekly/monthly reports from a queues' transctions??
 
 Someone kindly advise if possible. I am an RT newbie ;-)
