Well, part of it is to have the ability to put the analyst in the 
summary page. That way, if $PROGRAMMER is waiting on 
$BUSINESS_ANALYST[1] who is swamped, they can easily see a ticket that 
they'd be working with $BUSINESS_ANALYST[2] on.

If that makes any sense.
