[rt-users] enhanced-mailgate and setting keywords

just thought i'd drop this back in the mix...

does anyone have an example of what format the keywordselect and
keywords are supposed to be entered in an email for the
enhanced-mailgate to take care of setting them? the readme says:

<keywordselect> [+|-]<keyword>

but to the best of my knowledge it must be prepended by RT-, and to work
similarly as other settable options, there would be a colon after the
name of the keywordselect. sadly, after many different combinations, i
still have not successfully set any keywords (although i can set the
requestor and such). i have spent a few hours looking through the code,
all to no avail. i still believe it's a simple "you should have the
slash over there, not in there", but any help (including a snippet from
a working email) would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
