[rt-users] Using of Rt in WinNT OS ??

Hi is it possible for rt to work in a WinNT OS?? I am
using the WinNT OS and not linux. Also I have problem
installing the freezethaw and apache-session
modules(using ppm for installation of the modules) 
which are required for rt.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!
