[rt-users] enhanced-mailgate AND keywords

Hi all,

I'am looking for a solution to add keywords on ticket creation.
Now i'am testing with the enhanced-mailgate but i don't know how i must use
it.

How can i add keywords when i typing a mail ?

When i add a line as: Keyword +test
That doesn't work.

I read the readme file but i don't get it.

Who can help me out ?
