[rt-users] Attaching files to tickets in RT 2.0.9.

  |+ We're running RT 2.0.9 and when I attach a file to a ticket, it attachs
  |+ the file with the path form my local hard drive. The person who views the
  |+ ticket does not have access to my hard drive, therefore they can not view
  |+ the attachment. How can I fix this?

They shouldn't need access to your local harddrive.  RT keeps a copy of
the file in the database (atleast I think it does).  We use file
attachments here, and although the path is included, the files are still
accessable.

We're doing this on 2.0.11, but also did with 2.0.9.
