[rt-users] upgrade from rt-2.0.8 -> 2.0.11 reports incorrect version?

Heya.

 I've just upgraded my test machine to rt-2.0.11 and it is still reporting
as 2.0.8.
I've removed all my /local/ files to make sure its not grabbing it from
something in there.

Is this normal? or has my upgraded not worked??
