RE: [rt-users] My RT acting upI had this issue just the other day. In my case I didn't check my DB backups and they ran my disk out of space. Check your free disk space "df -h". In my case after freeing the disk space RT was fine.

  Hmmm.  Check for database corruption, perhaps.  Search the mailing list archives for a thread from the first part of June 2002 with the subject line "Urgent: "permission denied" / "Correspondence (probably) not recorded"".  Good luck!
