[rt-users] enhanced mailgate

Well, it's almost something really simple and easy. For the edification of
those who may be wondering about this problem, the issue is in the
permissions for the requestor.

I'm not really sure which one(s) govern the setting of the keywords, but I
gave the requestor address for the automatic process permission to create,
comment, modify, view queue, view ticket and this seems to work.

Exactly what is the enhanced mailgate looking for in a message body that

tells it where the pseudo-headers start?

I can get this to work from a mail client, but automatically generated

e-mails from a perl process fail to get action taken on items in the

pseudo-headers.
