[rt-users] Correspond script causing error

I have put the following in a correspond template and now receive an
error in both the rt.log and also in sendmail.  Any ideas?

An update has been made to the issue that you sent to support.
Your support issue will be updated to reflect the following:

{$Transaction->Content()}

Here is the error in the rt.log:
