[rt-users] Can't do setuid

My rt-mailgate has same permissions as everything else in that folder:

-rwxr-sr-x    1 root     rt          31398 Oct 11 10:24 rt

-rwxr-sr-x    1 root     rt           9128 Oct 11 10:24 rt-mailgate
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     rt           4736 Oct 11 10:24 webmux.pl
