[rt-users] RE: Serious Problem - RT can't load Ticket

Hi Guys,

I have a serious problem with my Rt application.  RT will not load any
tickets.  If you try to pull up a ticket e.g type 4000 in GoToTicket, RT
does not display the ticket details in the "History" section.  All it
displays is when the ticket was created.

Has anyone encountered this problem
