I am installing rt-2.0.14 w/ pgsql support, and I am encountering a problem
with Apache::Cookie. it requires libareq, which requires mod_perl. The
intent was to use FastCGI instead of mod_perl (since my understanding is
that mod_perl as a DSO is still flaky) Do I still have to install mod_perl
even if I am planning to use FastCGI to display the web interface? If not,
how do I get around this dependency issue? (or if anyone is running mod_perl
w/ RT as a DSO, that would be great to hear as well) :)

Thanks - Peter
