Unfortunately mod_perl has issues w/ anything above perl 5.005 (this box is 
using 5.8) on the platform I am installing from (OSF/Alpha), so this may not 
be an option now.  How have those using FastCGI dealt with this issue...

In any case, this shouldn't affect using the CLI interface for now while I 
figure out how to get webRT running.
