[rt-users] RTFM2 NoAuth Section

DO I have to grant 'RTFM Guest' specific rights, or does she fall unto the
category of "everyone". AT the moment I only have "can access RT"
checked.

I am still not having any luck after creating the "RTFM Guest" User.
