[rt-users] Autorespond to Opening Tickets Via Email

I should add that RT still opens the ticket OK.

	RT would initially respond to emails sent in, I have since
changed just the text in the default reply template and now RT does not
autoreply...
	 
	All the scrips are still there and appear to be correct.
