[rt-users] rt::sendmail started generating multiple copies of a ticket

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this problem before? I apologize for reposting the same
question if you did but I had some difficulty finding the answer.
 
RT::Sendmail started generating multiple copies of a ticket.  Each mail
has the same ticket number (e.g #1079) and is the exact same message as the one 
previously sent, but appear to be being sent every hour.  

This seem to occur with large attachment.  What may I be doing incorrectly?

I am using RT3, the system is running: Redhat 7.5, Apache 1.27, Mysql 3.23.52.
