[rt-users] install Error - rt-3-0-7_01

Die without text of error so it's very strange.
I think that it can be DBD::pg issue or DBI.
Try to update.

rt-3-0-7_01 is a special postgres release, plain 3-0-7 has error in pg 
schema.
