[rt-users] header/body dissapeared

i got a running rt3-0-1 with mysql.
im getting the emails to rt3 with fetchmail to a local alias.
sometimes the header and body disapears and the only line under history
of such a ticket is: "Tue Jul 01 18:19:27 2003  	RT_System -
Ticket created"

ive send several messages myself into rt3 but they are always displayed.
ive even tried it with word email client with html formatted and
everything that could get wrong but nothing.

only some customers can send in mails that are displayed, most of them
are just blank and as i sead the header and body isnt displayed.
