[rt-users] Rt-crontool args

I would need a notification for untaken tasks after a couple of hours
and notification to chiefs about overdue tasks.
Can someone provide some examples for rt-crontool, or the syntax and
list some conditions and arguments?
I always get some error from template_overlay but think it's because I
don't set the arguments correctly.
