Richie, 
	I think mike was talking about rt-users, not RT itself. To my
	knowledge, RT should not act as you're describing unless you've
	turned on ParseMessageForTicketCcs and not gotten the RT address
	regexp quite right. I'd be interested to hear if you could
	reproduce it.
