[rt-users] due date + cron ?

I would like to know the original purpose of the "Due Date" functionality. We
would like to use it to trigger a ticket in the "stalled" state to be re-opened
automatically by the system once the due date is passed.

Is there a way to do that currently with RT3 ?

Suggestions are welcome!
