[rt-users] RT with RTFM

I realize this isn't an official release so I don't want to sound like I'm
complaining, but I'm just wondering if anyone has ever had this working?
I've checked the code and it appears that the function we're trying to use
isn't even built in yet? Anyone know for sure?

Thanks,
Josh
