[rt-users] rt2-to-rt3 v1.15 import fails with errors

syslog is spewing errors as I try to import my 15k tickets.  Running with
v1.15.

I suspect I'll end up with way less than 15k tickets.

Redhat 8, perl 5.8 (vendor supplied), mysql 4.0.14
