[rt-users] RT 2 to RT 3 v 1.16

Is now available. This version should fix up a couple of problems
including possibly misfiled attachments and not warning if the directory
output is directed to doesn't exist.

As always, you can download it from:

	http://fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/rt2-to-rt3.tar.gz

I'd be interested to hear how folks do with this.
