[rt-users] rt2 to rt3 import w/ perl and mysql upgrade

I am getting ready to upgrade my rt2.0.13 to rt3.0.3 using the rt2-to-rt3
v1.13 import tool. However I also want to upgrade my perl 5.6.1 to 5.8 and
upgrade my MySQL 3.23.51 to MySQL 4.0.11. Now my question at what point
should I do the perl and mysql upgrade ? Should I do that before the
import or after the import ?
