[rt-users] RT3/perl problem

I had the same problem,
I edited: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Text/Autoformat.pm
and put "use utf8" at the top. That seemed to sort it out =)

Trying to put "use utf8" at the beginning of various RT pages wasn't
working, so I thought I'd go right to the source.
