[rt-users] error in RT execution

i got this problem before but i was able to figure it out.

my RT WebUI is at http://hostname/rt

instead of using VirtualHost as specified on the RT documentation, i created an Alias.
here's my entry on httpd.conf:

Alias /rt "/opt/rt3/share/html"
<Location /rt>
         AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
         PerlModule Apache::DBI
         PerlRequire /opt/rt3/bin/webmux.pl
         SetHandler perl-script
         PerlHandler RT::Mason
</Location>
