[rt-users] information lost during Update users data.

Hi all,
I have RT 3.0.6., perl 5.8.0, mysql 4.0.14. all the while are running 
properly till user try to update their email address. the page prompt out 
the error message like below.

EmailAddress: Illegal value for EmailAddress

while I search the mysql Users table. the user email address are shown in 
the table it self but not from the browser.

Please help me on this problem.
