[rt-users] Mailgate errors for only one user

Near as we can tell, only one user(out of 50 or so) is getting the 
following message:

There's nothing specific to her configuration that we can tell of...nor 
can I think of anything in her configuration that would cause a DB error 
in the first place...

Any ideas?  Also, no answers on my last email...
