I started having this problem today with 3.0.6. The main ticket view 
only shows the headers of the message, no body. When selecting the 
"Reply" link, the area that should have the quote simply says "This 
transaction appears to have no content". However, the body is viewable 
when clicking the "Download" link. Also interesting is that the 
"Download" link appears on the same horizontal level as the "Subject" 
line in the header, instead of below the header as on other tickets.
