hi Diederik,

first you want to check, if the queues got the correct 'scrips' in

[Configuration] -> [Queues] / [Global] -> [Scrips]

here is defined what happens on what condition.
you should find something like 'OnCrorrepond NotifyAdminCcs with template
support AdminCorrespondence' here.

if a proper 'OnCrorrepond' scrip is in place take a look at your log-files
( /var/log/rt2/ ? and /var/log/mail) to find out if rt is at least trying to
send mail.

this should be enough to check for the moment ;-)
