[rt-users] Postgres, Perl 5.8.1, RT 3.0.6 install woes

I wouldn't count on it.  Read the perldetla for 5.8.1 and pay
particular attention to the multi-byte (unicode) support changes.
Things were silently done behind the scenes in 5.8.0 are no longer
done in 5.8.1.  I'm sure 5.8.0 will work, as that's what I use.  I
haven't upgraded to 5.8.1 just yet.
