[rt-users] syslog.pm problems with RT 3.0.4 on Solaris 9

Hi,

I'm trying to track down a mail sending problem on an RT 3.0.4 server and
have set:

Set($LogToFile      , 'debug');

in the config file. The only problem now is that I keep getting:

unix passed to setlogsock, but path not available at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Log/Dispatch/Syslog.pm line 66

in the apache log. I believe that this is quite a well known problem but I
can't find any concrete workarounds in the archives. Has anyone had this
problem and resolved it before? I'm running Perl 5.8.0, Apache 1.3.28 and
the latest version of Log::Dispatch.
