[rt-users] Page not displayed correctly

I did try to add the FastCGI but the httpd.comf complains.
Also, I just noticed, I have Perl 5.6.1, and the make installed (1st line)
says that it needs Perl 5.8 . Whats the difference?
I cannot upgrade to perl 5.8 because it will break the cPanel software!

Anyother way to fix this?
