[rt-users] Mailgate 404 error

Trying to get my mailgate working but getting an error I don't seem to find 
documented anywhere.   When I try to email a request this is what I get

My aliases entry is
rt: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue test --action correspond --url 
http://iwapps4.iwapps.com/"
I have also tried localhost in the url entry

Any help is appreciated.
