Howard,

Same thing happend to me when I upgraded.

For some reason I got two copies of each scrip.
 From WebRT go to Configuration:Global:Scrips and look whether you have 
duplicates.
You may also want to look at Configuration:Queues:Queuename:Scrips in 
case you have any duplicate queue specific scrips.

Delete the extra copy of each scrip.

I recommend copying and pasting the list of Scrips, just in case you 
accidentally delete the wrong one.
