[rt-users] --localstatedir in rt's configure has no effect?

Hi.

I've been trying to configure rt 3.0.6 to store logs
and state info in a directory other then $PREFIX/var using
--localstatedir=/var/foo. It seems like it has no effect
on $PREFIX/etc/RT_Config.pm and $PREFIX/lib/RT.pm.
