[rt-users] Debian package of 3.0.6

I am pleased to announce that after several weeks of waiting the
Debian package of version 3.0.6 of RT3 has been uploaded today and
should make it into sid/unstable tomorrow.

The big hold-up has been waiting for a new version of the Apache::DBI
Debian package to be uploaded (something I eventually had to force
through myself).

Apologies to all those who've been desperately waiting for this upload.
