[rt-users] Hacking RT to set email priority to high based on ticket priority

Has a request from some of my users to do $subject.

Looking through various sample emails, it seems I need to add *3* headers 
to the message in order to make all MUA's happy:

X-Priority:  1
Priority:  Urgent
Importance:  high


1. Has anyone done this yet?
2. What's the best place to do it?
