[rt-users] Removing Transactions from a Ticket

Hi,

I recently got into a situation whereby my FastCGI server would die with a
idle-timeout error. I increased my idle timeout since then and I no longer
get the error.

BUT ... this idle-timeout error caused a problem with sendmail whereby I
started to get the EX_TEMPFAIL message which caused multiple mails to keep
get getting resent to the queue.

My question is - Is there a way to remove transactions from a ticket?
