[rt-users] Upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5

I followed all this and still my rt-3-0-5 did not spped up. And then I re-run
the make upgrade from the source and it speeded it up. I have been running it
every ~2 days or so when it I see my RT3 is getting slower
