[rt-users] Serch criteria

Why is the time not specified in the Local time as in most other time
displays in RT?

Can the search for date include a date and time like "2003-09-18 14:00:00".

Also this time should be taken as the local time.

SetToMidnight uses GMT (gmtime perl function). And as I think you have +4.
