Hi, I am running rt-3.0.6 with mysql and fastcgi. I found in RT_Config.pm where to change the 'highest priority tickets I own' from the default of 10 but I can't seem to find where to change 'highest priority tickets I requested...' Can anyone let me know where to change this setting? Thanks very much! Keith
