[Rt-users] RT 3.0.10 issues - Windows Port

I'm getting the following issues after upgrading to the latest version of
the Windows port:

Any suggestions?  Should I modify httpd.conf to raise ThreadsPerChild?  I
have tried that and am waiting to see if it helps.
