[rt-users] Adding a pref field?

Hey all --

Just finished setting up RT 3 for my organization, and there's one
little pref feature that a bunch of people are asking for -- they want
to be able to change the order in which ticket correspondence/comments
are displayed (defaults to oldest first, newest last, and they want to
reverse that).  Any easy way to do this, or anyone who can give me a
pointer as to where to start?
