[rt-users] AutoReply with RT 3.0.11 w/ attachment

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has any problem with RT's 1st reply to you that it has created a ticket and there is no need to reply.   RT 3.0.11 works fine when sending email to RT with no attachment and you will get a reply back with your email subject and email content.   

But when you send an attachment email and forward it to RT, RT replies back with a ticket number and subject only.   There is no content that comes with the "On Create Autoreply To Requestors with template Autoreply."  When looking at the ticket that RT creates, everything is there, nothing missing.  It's only missing from the Autoreply template feature of RT. 

Is this a bug?

Using Perl 5.8.3.
