Hi all 
Have been using rt for a few years but never did advanced stuff within. Now
I work for a new corp and we are looking for a decent ticket system,
needless to say we are implementing rt3. Now for the questions, I also would
like to have a knowledge base, that the help desk folks can plug in some
info as they start using and seeing the types of tickets.

That's about it for now
