[rt-users] about queues

hi

i have configured rt with 5 queues
and i have created total 50 users in that 
10 is from a group sr.system admins Privileged users.

 now total 50 users (unprivileged users) and some users 
from privileged users  not able see above 5 queues from their 
interface why?

what do i do for this problem?
